Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are unsatisfied with your medication or experience for any reason, contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your first order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include adjusting your treatment plan, switching medications, or issuing a full refund.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@lean1.com with your order details and the reason for your request. Our team will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please note that it may take an additional 3–5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time by contacting our support team at support@lean1.com. To avoid being charged for the next month, cancellation requests must be received at least 5 business days before your next billing date. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to any remaining medication from your current order.
